This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Deliver prompt, professional support via phone, voicemail, and email.
• Collaborate with various teams across the Customer Care Center.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications from providers, sales teams, and other internal clients.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries, service issues, and customer complaints.
• Recognize and escalate high-priority matters as necessary.
• Keep up-to-date with sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Document new processes and opportunities for enhancement.
• Provide accurate, professional service while meeting attendance and scheduling expectations.
• Complete all necessary training and assessments.
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Aid special initiatives and contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience and support sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• At least three (3) years of experience in customer service.
• A minimum of three (3) years in a sales or customer service setting focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work effectively across teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Ability to operate independently while adhering to schedules.
• Proficiency in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support role.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
• Preferred experience supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service environment.
