This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver prompt and professional assistance via phone, voicemail, and email.
β’ Collaborate with various teams within the Customer Care Center.
β’ Handle incoming and outgoing communications from providers, sales teams, and other internal clients.
β’ Investigate and resolve inquiries, service-related issues, and customer complaints.
β’ Recognize and escalate urgent matters when necessary.
β’ Stay informed about sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
β’ Record new procedures and identify opportunities for enhancement.
β’ Adhere to attendance and scheduling requirements.
β’ Complete mandatory training and assessments.
β’ Follow Quality Management System policies and adhere to company standards.
β’ Assist in special initiatives and enhance processes that elevate customer experience and support sales strategies.
β’ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
β’ A minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service.
β’ At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service role focused on providing an exceptional customer experience.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
β’ Ability to work effectively with teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
β’ Capacity to work independently while adhering to scheduled commitments.
β’ Proficiency in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support setting.
β’ Must be at least 18 years old.
β’ Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
β’ Preferred experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
β’ Preferred experience supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service environment.
