This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Deliver prompt and professional service through phone, voicemail, and email communications.
• Collaborate with various teams throughout the Customer Care Center.
• Handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions from providers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries, service issues, and customer complaints.
• Recognize and escalate urgent concerns when necessary.
• Stay updated on sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Document new procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide accurate and professional service while adhering to attendance and scheduling expectations.
• Complete all required training and assessments.
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Assist with special initiatives and contribute to enhancing processes that improve customer experience and support sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service setting, emphasizing exceptional customer experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining adherence to schedules.
• Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support context.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Experience in supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service environment is preferred.
