This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Deliver prompt and professional service through phone, voicemail, and email communications.
• Collaborate with teams throughout the Customer Care Center.
• Address provider and sales-related inquiries.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications from providers, sales teams, and other internal customers.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries, service issues, and customer complaints.
• Identify and escalate urgent issues when necessary.
• Stay informed about sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Document new procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide accurate and professional service while adhering to attendance and scheduling expectations.
• Complete mandatory training and assessments.
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Support special initiatives and enhance processes that improve customer experience and bolster sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service environment focused on providing outstanding customer experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively across teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Capacity to work independently while ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support setting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
• Preferred: Experience supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service setting.
