This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist healthcare providers and patients in the Customer Care Center.
β’ Deliver prompt, professional service via phone, voicemail, and email.
β’ Collaborate with teams across the Customer Care Center.
β’ Handle inbound and outbound communications from providers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders.
β’ Investigate and resolve inquiries, service challenges, and customer complaints.
β’ Recognize and escalate urgent issues as necessary.
β’ Keep up-to-date with sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
β’ Document new processes and identify areas for enhancement.
β’ Provide accurate, professional service while adhering to attendance and scheduling requirements.
β’ Complete mandatory training and evaluations.
β’ Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
β’ Contribute to special initiatives and refine processes that enhance customer experience and support sales strategies.
β’ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
β’ A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience.
β’ At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service role focused on providing exceptional customer experiences.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Capability to work effectively across teams and adjust to changing priorities.
β’ Ability to work independently while maintaining schedule compliance.
β’ Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support setting.
β’ Must be at least 18 years old.
β’ Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
β’ Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector (preferred).
β’ Experience supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service environment (preferred).
