This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Deliver professional and responsive service through phone, voicemail, and email channels.
• Collaborate with various teams across the Customer Care Center.
• Handle both incoming and outgoing customer communications from providers, sales teams, and other internal clients.
• Investigate and address inquiries, service concerns, and customer complaints.
• Recognize and escalate high-priority issues when necessary.
• Stay updated on sales policies, organizational structure, territory allocations, and sales initiatives.
• Record new procedures and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Provide precise, professional service while adhering to attendance and scheduling requirements.
• Complete necessary training and assessments.
• Follow Quality Management System protocols and company standards.
• Assist with special projects and contribute to improving processes that enhance the customer experience and support sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service setting focused on providing outstanding customer experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work effectively within teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously while adhering to schedules.
• Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
• Preferred: Background in supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal partners in a high-volume customer service setting.
