This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Deliver prompt and professional service via phone, voicemail, and email.
• Collaborate with teams across the Customer Care Center.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications from providers, sales teams, and other internal customers.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries, service issues, and customer complaints.
• Identify and escalate high-priority matters when necessary.
• Stay updated on sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Document new procedures and potential improvements.
• Provide accurate and professional service while adhering to attendance and scheduling expectations.
• Complete mandatory training and assessments.
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Contribute to special initiatives and enhance processes that improve customer experiences and support sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• At least three (3) years of experience in customer service.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service setting focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work effectively across teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining schedule adherence.
• Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
• Preferred: Experience assisting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service environment.
