This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver timely and professional support via phone, voicemail, and email.
β’ Collaborate with various teams within the Customer Care Center.
β’ Handle incoming and outgoing communications from providers, sales teams, and other internal clients.
β’ Examine and resolve inquiries, service challenges, and customer grievances.
β’ Recognize and escalate urgent issues when necessary.
β’ Keep updated on sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
β’ Document new procedures and identify opportunities for enhancement.
β’ Provide precise, professional service while fulfilling attendance and scheduling requirements.
β’ Complete all necessary training and evaluations.
β’ Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company guidelines.
β’ Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
β’ Contribute to special projects and facilitate process improvements that enhance the customer experience and support sales strategies.
β’ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
β’ A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience.
β’ At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service setting with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Capability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt to evolving priorities.
β’ Ability to work autonomously and maintain schedule compliance.
β’ Proficient in using a computer and telephone concurrently in a customer support setting.
β’ Must be at least 18 years old.
β’ Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
β’ Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
β’ Preferred: Background in supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service environment.
