This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Offer prompt and professional service through phone, voicemail, and email communication.
• Collaborate with teams across the Customer Care Center.
• Address provider and sales-related inquiries.
• Handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions from providers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries, service challenges, and customer complaints.
• Recognize and escalate high-priority issues when necessary.
• Keep abreast of sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Document new procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide accurate, professional service while adhering to attendance and scheduling expectations.
• Complete all required training and assessments.
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Assist with special initiatives and contribute to process improvements that enhance the customer experience and support sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service environment dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work effectively across teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining adherence to schedules.
• Proficient in using a computer and phone simultaneously in a customer support setting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center in the healthcare sector.
• Preferred: Experience supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service context.
