This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare professionals and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Deliver prompt and professional service via phone, voicemail, and email.
• Collaborate with various teams throughout the Customer Care Center.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications from providers, sales teams, and other internal clients.
• Investigate and address inquiries, service concerns, and customer complaints.
• Recognize and escalate high-priority issues when necessary.
• Stay updated on sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Record new processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Fulfill attendance and scheduling requirements.
• Complete mandatory training and evaluations.
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Contribute to improving processes that enhance customer experience and support sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience is necessary.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service environment committed to providing exceptional customer experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Capability to work independently while adhering to schedule requirements.
• Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support setting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service setting.
