This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee both inbound and outbound customer interactions, including phone calls, voicemails, and email inquiries from providers, sales teams, and other internal clients.
β’ Investigate and resolve inquiries, service challenges, and customer grievances.
β’ Recognize and escalate high-priority issues when necessary.
β’ Keep up-to-date with sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
β’ Document new processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
β’ Provide accurate and professional service while adhering to attendance and scheduling expectations.
β’ Complete all required training and assessments.
β’ Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
β’ Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
β’ Collaborate with teams across the Customer Care Center.
β’ Support special projects and contribute to enhancing processes that improve the customer experience and align with sales strategies.
β’ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
β’ A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience.
β’ At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service setting with a focus on offering an exceptional customer experience.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Capability to work efficiently across teams and adjust to shifting priorities.
β’ Ability to work independently while maintaining schedule adherence.
β’ Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support environment.
β’ Must be at least 18 years of age.
β’ Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
β’ Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
β’ Preferred: Experience supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service setting.
