This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Deliver prompt, professional service through phone calls, voicemails, and emails.
• Collaborate with various teams across the Customer Care Center.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications from providers, sales teams, and other internal clients.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries, service issues, and customer grievances.
• Recognize and escalate urgent concerns when necessary.
• Keep updated on sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Document new processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Provide precise, professional service while adhering to attendance and scheduling requirements.
• Complete necessary training and evaluations.
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Assist with special initiatives and contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience and support sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service role focused on providing outstanding customer experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work effectively within teams and adjust to changing priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously while adhering to schedules.
• Proficient in using a computer and phone simultaneously in a customer support setting.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center in the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Experience supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a fast-paced customer service environment is preferred.
