This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee incoming and outgoing customer interactions via phone calls, voicemails, and email inquiries from providers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders.
β’ Investigate and rectify inquiries, service-related issues, and customer complaints.
β’ Recognize and escalate urgent concerns when necessary.
β’ Keep up-to-date knowledge of sales policies, organizational structures, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
β’ Document new processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.
β’ Provide precise, professional service while adhering to attendance and scheduling requirements.
β’ Fulfill mandatory training and assessment obligations.
β’ Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards.
β’ Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
β’ Collaborate with teams across the Customer Care Center and support special initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and sales strategies.
β’ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
β’ A minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service.
β’ At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service setting focused on providing outstanding customer experiences.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Capability to work effectively across teams and adjust to changing priorities.
β’ Ability to work independently while maintaining schedule compliance.
β’ Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support context.
β’ Must be at least 18 years old.
β’ Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
β’ Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
β’ Preferred: Experience supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service environment.
