This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare professionals and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Handle both incoming and outgoing customer interactions via phone, voicemail, and email.
• Address provider inquiries, sales-related questions, service concerns, and customer grievances.
• Investigate issues and escalate high-priority matters when necessary.
• Keep abreast of sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Record new procedures and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Provide accurate, professional service while adhering to attendance and scheduling requirements.
• Complete all mandatory training and assessments.
• Follow Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Collaborate with teams across the Customer Care Center to enhance customer experience and bolster sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service setting focused on providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Capacity to work independently while maintaining adherence to schedules.
• Proficient in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Experience supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service environment is preferred.
