This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center.
• Deliver prompt, professional service via phone, voicemail, and email.
• Collaborate with various teams throughout the Customer Care Center.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications from providers, sales teams, and other internal customers.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries, service concerns, and customer complaints.
• Recognize and escalate high-priority issues when necessary.
• Stay updated on sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives.
• Record new procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Adhere to attendance and scheduling expectations.
• Complete mandatory training and assessments.
• Follow Quality Management System policies and company standards.
• Assist with special initiatives and enhance processes that improve the customer experience and support sales strategies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service setting focused on providing outstanding customer experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work efficiently across teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to a set schedule.
• Proficiency in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector.
• Preferred: Experience supporting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service context.
