This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients within the Customer Care Center
• Deliver responsive and professional service via phone, voicemail, and email
• Collaborate with teams throughout the Customer Care Center
• Handle inbound and outbound communications from providers, sales teams, and other internal customers
• Investigate and resolve inquiries, service issues, and customer complaints
• Recognize and escalate high-priority issues as necessary
• Keep updated on sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives
• Document new procedures and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide accurate, professional service while meeting attendance and scheduling expectations
• Complete all required training and assessments
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and company standards
• Support special initiatives and contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience and bolster sales strategies
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience
• At least three (3) years of experience in a sales or customer service environment focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively across teams and adapt to shifting priorities
• Capability to work independently while maintaining schedule adherence
• Proficiency in using a computer and telephone simultaneously in a customer support setting
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Preferred: Experience in an inbound/outbound contact center within the healthcare sector
• Preferred: Experience assisting healthcare providers, inside sales teams, or other internal business partners in a high-volume customer service environment
