Customer Support Specialist – Hungarian Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Address client and therapist inquiries via chat and email, managing the process from start to finish while taking full responsibility for compensation decisions and coordinating with therapists.

• Initiate proactive outbound calls to collect feedback, assist clients in scheduling appointments, and convert interest into confirmed sessions.

• Approach emotionally sensitive discussions with compassion, as some clients may be contacting us during vulnerable times.

• Ensure that localized Hungarian content remains current and assist in refining our AI support agent, allowing human agents to concentrate on more complex, high-empathy situations.

• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback aimed at enhancing our processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Hungarian speaker (with full fluency for complex, sensitive client interactions) and English at a B2+ level (as our internal documentation, meetings, and one-on-one sessions are conducted in English).

• Over one year of experience in proactive phone outreach, telesales, or active account management. You should feel comfortable making calls rather than solely responding to them.

• Demonstrated ability to work completely remotely and independently, utilizing ticketing/task management tools to track and resolve cases autonomously.

• A solid history of managing high-emotion or distressed customer interactions with empathy, both in writing and over the phone.

• Regular use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, or similar) as part of your daily activities.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Fin (Intercom), Google Workspace, and Notion.

• Direct experience assisting customers in acute psychological distress.
