This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Respond to incoming inquiries from customers through live chat.
• Assess customer needs and assist them in utilizing specific features.
• Analyze and report on product malfunctions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their fundamental technical and product-related issues are resolved.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Knowledge of Portuguese is a valuable asset.
• Prior experience in a support role is necessary.
• Exceptional communication skills are a must.
• Strong teamwork abilities are essential.
• Excellent computer skills are required.
• High attention to detail is critical.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is necessary.
• Flexibility to work various shifts (day, evening, and night) and on weekends is required.
