• Over 2 years of experience in a remote customer support position, preferably within fintech or tech startup settings.
• Proficient in support tools such as Zendesk or comparable ticketing systems.
• Possess a customer-first mentality with a true passion for providing outstanding service.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
