Customer Support Specialist – Danish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support in both Danish and English to clients.

• Address inquiries and provide technical assistance as needed.

• Work collaboratively with the international team to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Keep precise records of communications and customer information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent or native Danish speaker (C2 level).

• Proficient in English (B2) for internal communications and system use.

• Must be currently residing in Braga (mandatory).

• Possess a customer-focused attitude with robust problem-solving abilities.

• Must either hold an EU Passport or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.
