This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Assist all platform users before, during, and after their events.
• Conduct regular webinars for event organizers and exhibitors.
• Aid the event team in creating content for attendees, exhibitors, and organizers.
• Deliver online and/or onsite support throughout the duration of events.
• Previous experience in customer service, support, or project management.
• Familiarity with or interest in technology and events.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate while also working independently.
• Service-oriented and empathetic towards clients.
• Startup mindset – eager to learn, adapt, and take initiative quickly.
• Passionate, proactive, and engaged.
• Maintains an optimistic and calm demeanor under pressure.
• Willingness to work on weekends and flexibility with shift hours.
