• Addressing customer inquiries, assisting on-site trainers, and engaging in written communication.

• Sound judgment with the ability to make independent decisions

• Dependability and a strong sense of ownership

• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

• Proficiency in German is advantageous, but not mandatory.
