This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Provide timely and effective support to our clients.
• Inquiries may include informing clients about available deposit options, guiding them through current promotions, advising on bet settlements, explaining internal policies, and more.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist clients through problem-solving processes, prioritizing customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
• Utilize your enthusiasm for iGaming and eSports, even if you're new to the industry, to deliver knowledgeable and helpful support to clients.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team in a remote setting to ensure smooth communication and coordination, contributing to a positive team culture.
• Exhibit the ability to work independently and make informed decisions to meet client needs and address concerns.
• Prior experience in customer service (experience in iGaming is a plus).
• Tech-savvy with a passion for customer service and the ability to swiftly adapt to new tools and software.
• Experience with cryptocurrency is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency in Turkish, French, Spanish, or Japanese is an additional benefit).
• Ability to work collaboratively with a remote team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
• Capable of working independently and making informed decisions to meet customer needs.
