Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Cars Commerce products and services and convey this information to customers.

• Meet individual and team service level objectives.

• Monitor and record customer inquiries and resolutions using Salesforce.com.

• Recognize and escalate customer inquiries and issues to Tier 2 Support, as well as Product and Technical Support teams.

• Provide assistance to dealers, consumers, and internal customers with various tasks and inquiries.

• Carry out additional duties that support the Customer Support Team and/or Operations Department.

• Familiarity with online media and tools is preferred.

• Quick learner who can adapt to changes effectively.

• Exercises sound judgment and professionalism.

• Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality results.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and/or evenings.

• Previous customer service experience or experience in service industries is preferred.

• A minimum of one year of work experience is required as an alternative to the preferred college degree.
