Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Act as the liaison between ApproveMe.com and its users

• Respond to sales inquiries and offer general technical assistance

• Assist users in understanding and utilizing the WP E-Signature plugin

• Manage tasks related to billing, users, and the site

• Interact with customers and potential clients directly

• Diagnose and resolve issues with WordPress sites

• Develop and personalize WordPress plugins and themes

• Collaborate in real-time as needed prior to undertaking projects or tasks

• Proficient in Google Spreadsheets

• Strong ability to follow instructions

• Excellent research skills and a passion for assisting others

• Highly organized and attentive to detail

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and sees projects to completion

• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills

• Commitment to quality and craftsmanship

• Previous experience with WordPress

• Knowledge of how plugins function

• Experience troubleshooting plugins and themes

• Strong command of the English language

• Long-term user of WordPress

• Basic troubleshooting abilities for WordPress sites

• Experience in creating and customizing WordPress plugins and themes is advantageous

• Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English

• Personal computer with dependable internet access

• Availability for bi-weekly audio/video meetings between 8 am and 5 pm PST

• Open to working 40+ hours per week

• Qualified candidates may be requested to complete a test assignment
