• Respond to incoming calls and conduct follow-up outbound calls.

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Outstanding verbal communication abilities.

• Competence in using Windows and general computer functionalities.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• A desktop or laptop running Windows 11.

• At least 8 GB of RAM; 16 GB is preferred.

• No Chromebooks or Apple devices are permitted.
