This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will serve as the main contact throughout the entire customer journey, from onboarding and ongoing requests to the end of contracts.
• Manage and document tickets independently.
• Facilitate necessary internal processes and ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly.
• Recognize patterns in daily support and assist us in developing scalable solutions.
• Strong service orientation coupled with a genuine eagerness to resolve issues.
• Confident demeanor and effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with IT and online platforms; experience with ticketing systems is preferred.
• Organized and self-directed work approach.
• Ideally, prior experience in technical customer support or within a start-up environment.
• Proficient in German and possesses good English language skills.
• Comfortable with technology and willing to utilize various tools.
• Experience in technical customer support is an advantage.
