Customer Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• You will spend approximately 95% of your time engaging with customers, providing outstanding customer service experiences through personalized interactions via phone, live online chat, and email (no automated responses here!).

• Utilize your problem-solving skills to assist customers with software support related to accounting, payroll, and tax inquiries.

• Serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams, offering valuable feedback for product development and improvements.

• Work independently for about 80% of the day, while also collaborating remotely with team members and participating in meetings as necessary.

• Ensure precise and timely documentation of customer interactions.

• Provide guidance and support to customers regarding new product features and software capabilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.

• Prior customer service experience, demonstrating a history of positive, professional interactions.

• Excellent communicator through phone, chat, and email, with the ability to simplify explanations for customers with varying levels of tech proficiency.

• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software and tools.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously — calls, emails, and chats — without compromising quality or accuracy.

• Maintains composure and remains solution-oriented during busy or challenging situations, consistently demonstrating a professional and positive demeanor.

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to accurately document customer interactions and handle sensitive information responsibly.

• Self-driven and enthusiastic about continuous learning — whether it’s a product update, a new feature, or an improved method to assist customers.
