• Customer Support: You will assist our clients both via phone and electronically with application inquiries and technical issues, ensuring prompt and competent resolutions to their concerns.
• Error Qualification: In close collaboration with our customers, you will analyze incoming error reports. You will qualify the issues, identify initial solutions, and document them accurately in our ticketing system (Zendesk).
• Prioritization & Classification: You are responsible for analyzing, prioritizing, and classifying incoming error reports to ensure that the most urgent issues are addressed promptly.
• Customer Data Management: You will create new customer records, maintain them, and handle the associated correspondence, ensuring that all information is always up-to-date.
• A completed training in the IT or business field, or comparable qualifications.
• You possess a strong affinity for the internet and problem-solving skills, with a confident handling of the internet and PC being second nature to you.
• As a good listener, you present yourself positively, confidently, and kindly to clients and colleagues, and you enjoy helping others.
• You prefer to work in a structured, independent, and responsible manner within a friendly team.
• You demonstrate social competence, initiative, and maintain composure even in stressful situations.
• You communicate professionally in writing and verbally, ideally in both German and English.
• Remote-first team (nationwide in Germany) – no location constraints.
