This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Managing customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and services.
β’ Engaging in communication via phone, email, and chat, with approximately 85% being back-office work.
β’ Diligent documentation using specified tools, such as Zendesk.
β’ Working alongside the project team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
β’ You must reside in an EU country (excluding Germany) and possess a valid VAT ID.
β’ A passion for music and an ability to connect with international music brands are essential.
β’ Excellent proficiency in German, both written and spoken; English skills are a plus.
β’ Previous experience in customer service or contact center roles (phone, email, or chat) is required.
β’ You demonstrate reliability, structured working habits, and independence.
β’ Punctuality, resilience, and a collaborative spirit are key attributes.
β’ Technical requirements include a stable internet connection, a headset, and a quiet workspace.
