This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the central inbound and outbound communication channels via phone and email related to mortgage financing, building savings (Bausparen), and consumer installment loans.
• Address inquiries in a systematic, solution-focused way while ensuring precise administrative follow-up.
• Assist distribution partners in navigating the EUROPACE platform.
• Resolve disbursement concerns, which include document assessment and monitoring of pending items.
• Maintain established service levels and availability in daily operations.
• You have either completed commercial vocational training or are an enthusiastic career changer with a passion for finance.
• You possess strong communication skills in German (minimum C1 level), both verbally and in writing.
• You are adept with MS Office and willing to embrace new systems and digital processes.
• Prior experience in mortgage financing, installment loans, or financial services is beneficial but not mandatory.
• A §34i qualification is preferred or can be acquired during the onboarding phase.
