• Execute the implementation of QuidelOrtho systems in analytical laboratories.
• Conduct technical validation in accordance with QuidelOrtho's internal procedures, providing customer training, connection validation, and method validation leading up to the 'Authorization to Start Routine Operation' signature.
• Carry out preventive, corrective, and proactive maintenance on the various laboratory instruments marketed by QuidelOrtho, adhering to the company's Quality and Safety standards and set objectives.
• Offer technical and scientific support, including remote monitoring for designated clients, aligned with annual goals.
• Manage administrative and organizational responsibilities associated with the role: overseeing available spare parts inventory, documenting and tracking service activities, preparing technical reports, and performing thorough follow-ups.
• Relay any commercial insights pertaining to customers or competitors to the appropriate parties (Regional Director, Sales Engineer, Marketing Product Manager).
• Strategically plan and coordinate interventions and schedules to fulfill customer expectations while aligning with the company's commercial policy.
• Work in conjunction with the hotline on vigilance processes and customer complaint management.
• Diagnose and address complaints during customer visits.
• Conduct on-site investigations under the direction of the Regulatory Affairs Department.
• Execute relevant reporting.
• Participate in the weekend on-call rotation.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a technical engineer.
• A scientific or technical educational background (Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree) or at least 5 years of laboratory experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Self-sufficiency and strong organizational abilities.

• Basic proficiency in English – TOEIC score of 600.
