This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Provide customer support through email and phone communications

• Assess customer requirements and showcase the product range

• Offer information regarding contract conditions, invoices, and cancellation policies

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

• Proficiency in Dutch (Netherlands)

• Strong command of English, both written and verbal

• Skilled in MS Office applications

• Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is advantageous

• Professional and self-assured demeanor on the phone

• Goal-driven, approachable, and communicative personality
