This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding their transition to a communicating meter.
• Contact customers for follow-ups and to arrange technician appointments.
• Professionally manage complaints and claims related to service delivery, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Bilingual – you will need to communicate with both French and English-speaking individuals in Québec and will answer calls in English approximately 10% to 15% of the time.
• Availability to work up to 40 hours over 5 days per week: Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Must possess a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and have a secure, quiet workspace located within the province of Québec.
• Demonstrated aptitude and interest in sales: you are a skilled negotiator who is dynamic and persistent.
• Capability to work in a computerized environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Comprehensive paid training program.
