This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Provide friendly and solution-focused assistance through phone, chat, and email.

• Conduct structured telephone interviews with prospective customers to evaluate their needs and suggest appropriate products.

• Promote upselling by recognizing value-aligned opportunities without using aggressive tactics.

• Address customer concerns with composure, care, and thorough follow-up.

• Document feedback and identify trends to aid the team in enhancing our services.

• Fluent or near-native English speaker - clear, professional, and warm communication is essential.

• Practical experience in quilting - able to confidently discuss patterns, stitches, materials, and common technique inquiries.

• Demonstrated experience in phone-based customer support and/or upselling.

• High emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and the ability to establish trust quickly.

• Comfortable working autonomously and managing a consistent daily workload.

• Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection are required.

• Previous experience in remote work is an advantage.
