This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Handle incoming calls from current customers.
• Manage service requests, including the addition or removal of vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder details, and distributing policy documents.
• Assist customers with inquiries about their existing insurance policies, covering aspects like coverage details or policy benefits, and facilitate changes to their current policies.
• Work to retain Jerry policyholders by proactively identifying solutions for customers who may be considering cancellation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center setting.
• A strong desire to assist others.
• Capability to multitask effectively and manage several competing priorities.
• We will cover the costs for your P&C license (expected to be obtained within 60 days of starting).
