This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Address user inquiries through Intercom

• Determine user requirements and assist them with specific functionalities

• Evaluate and report on product issues

• Update internal records with details regarding technical problems

• Produce and disseminate instructional videos

• Convey feature suggestions and practical alternatives

• Follow up with clients to confirm the resolution of their technical concerns

• Respond to reviews on the App Store and Trustpilot

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support

• Cooperative problem solver

• Self-sufficient worker

• Analytical thinker

• Highly organized

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient in English
