This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Manage incoming interactions for prominent brands, assisting customers with inquiries, service requests, account requirements, and product assistance.
• Utilize guided systems and resources to provide exceptional customer service while upholding professionalism, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Enjoy flexible scheduling options once certified.
• Play a role in a contemporary, environmentally aware support model.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• U.S. resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI).
• Capable of following detailed processes and meeting performance expectations.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Comfortable with navigating computer applications and web-based tools.
• Ability to work independently and remain accountable for schedules.
• Preferred: Previous call center or customer service experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support environments.
• Flexible scheduling options after certification.
