This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

• Capable of diagnosing, documenting, and resolving intricate technical issues.

• Skilled in using helpdesk/ticketing systems and remote access tools.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Competent in clear communication and effective teamwork.

• Fluent in English and Swedish.

• Previous experience in a technical support and/or customer service role.
