Customer Support Advisor, French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional Customer Support in both English and French

• Act as the initial point of contact for customers across various channels

• Provide both basic and advanced troubleshooting assistance

• Utilize the support system along with relevant internal platforms

• Address support inquiries promptly, professionally, and in accordance with SLAs outlined in customer contracts

• Efficiently resolve customer issues and requests

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to escalate issues as necessary

• Communicate relevant information effectively and in a timely manner

• Track and develop frequently asked questions to enhance the knowledge base

• Empower customers to minimize support inquiries

• Analyze processes and propose and implement operational enhancements

• Support the delivery of efficient, effective, and world-class customer support operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and French

• Prior experience in a technical support and/or customer service position

• Strong aptitude for technology

• Capability to diagnose, document, and resolve intricate technical issues

• Skilled in using helpdesk/ticketing systems and remote access tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to convey information clearly and collaborate effectively within a team
