This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Serve as a subject-matter and platform authority for clients utilizing Pennylane.
• Act as the intermediary among business leaders, internal accountants, and accounting firms.
• Engage with users on a daily basis to understand their challenges.
• Investigate inquiries and offer solutions or answers.
• Elevate issues to technical teams when necessary.
• Assist corporate and accounting-firm accountants in integrating their data into Pennylane to streamline migration.
• Monitor and resolve tickets until complete resolution.
• Manage increasingly intricate customer requests.
• Develop and update customer support resources.
• Share accounting expertise and practical experience with team members.
• Provide the Product teams with well-informed feedback regarding customer use cases.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement and lead initiatives.
• Accounting qualification (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant de Gestion PME-PMI, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit [CCA], or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting firm, preferably covering at least three tax seasons.
• Experience working directly with business leaders is advantageous.
• Interest in innovative work tools and emerging technologies.
• Self-driven, with the capability to independently solve problems and identify solutions.
• Familiarity with Pennylane is an asset.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to articulate concepts clearly.
• Capacity to comprehend and address customer needs, deliver outstanding service, and build strong relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to adjust to rapid changes in the platform.
• Eagerness to learn and keep abreast of product advancements.
• Candidates must reside in Europe; Pennylane does not offer visa sponsorship and does not hire outside of Europe.
