Customer Supply Chain Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide updates on order statuses and estimated delivery times to customers and carrier contacts.

• Ensure that orders are accurately transmitted to transportation and warehouse partners.

• Accurately input manual, sample, and additional orders into the relevant systems.

• Track purchase orders, delivery timelines, carrier assignments, and order specifics.

• Collaborate with customers, carriers, warehouse partners, and internal teams to address order-related concerns.

• Handle a high volume of emails, delivering clear, professional, and timely responses.

• Efficiently navigate multiple web portals and systems simultaneously to monitor and update orders.

• Keep precise order and shipment information across all relevant platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Excellent written communication skills and professionalism in email correspondence.

• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, order management, or coordination.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable managing high-volume email exchanges.

• Strong skills in data entry and maintaining order accuracy.

• Proficient in working across various web-based portals and systems.

• Available to work full-time during Chicago Time Zone (CDT/CST) hours.

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.

• Familiarity with carrier and warehouse portals is advantageous.

• Experience with retail vendor portals is beneficial.

• Background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is a plus.

• Experience in transportation, distribution, fulfillment, or supply chain operations is desirable.
