This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated client accounts
• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting client relationships grounded in trust and results
• Take complete responsibility for client performance, ensuring that objectives are achieved and surpassed
• Actively seek out opportunities to enhance client outcomes, retention, and expansion
• Work in collaboration with internal teams (creative, marketing, etc.) to produce high-quality results
• Track account performance and offer strategic advice to clients
• Convey updates, insights, and results in a clear and consistent manner
• Resolve client issues and address concerns promptly and professionally
• 1–4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services (flexible for high-potential candidates)
• Proven experience in managing client relationships or handling client-facing roles
• Familiarity with fast-paced, results-oriented environments

• Experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency
• Background in eCommerce or performance marketing
• Experience working with international or North American clients
