Customer Success Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the onboarding, training, health, and support of customers to ensure retention and growth of strategic Poultry accounts, managing approximately 30 customer accounts.

• Implement a robust onboarding and training program for BinSentry’s commercial clients.

• Maintain high engagement levels with assigned customers through Monthly Meetings, On-site visits, and tailored training sessions.

• Deliver exceptional customer experience and communication to guarantee mutual success for both customers and BinSentry.

• Drive business growth within existing accounts by effectively articulating the value BinSentry offers to customers.

• Assist the sales team and processes with both prospective and existing customers, including fostering relationships with champions and super users within the organization.

• Collaborate internally with the Product team to prepare and present customized insights reports that demonstrate ROI and facilitate customer expansion.

• Keep abreast of BinSentry’s product releases and introduce new features/functionality to your assigned clients.

• Use the Hubspot CRM to keep accurate records and ensure effective communication with customers.

• Actively listen to customer feedback and ensure a robust feedback loop exists throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or equivalent in Account Management.

• 3+ years of Customer Success experience managing a book of business exceeding $1MM ARR.

• Familiarity with onboarding and training processes.

• Knowledge of or a willingness to learn about the agricultural feed supply chain.

• Must possess a valid passport.

• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
