Customer Success Physicist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical implementation and integration of Quantum Machines solutions for clients

• Collaborate with research and development teams to enhance solution delivery and product advancements

• Offer technical advice on best practices regarding quantum control systems

• Maintain technical relationships with various accounts

• Convert intricate customer requirements into feasible technical solutions

• Work closely with clients to fulfill their quantum computing research goals

• Act as the technical liaison between Quantum Machines' technology and clients

• Ensure effective implementation, adoption, and ongoing use of solutions

• Transform emerging capabilities into applicable customer solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 4 years of experience in experimental quantum information science and computing

• Proven proficiency in Python programming

• Strong skills in technical communication and interpersonal relations

• Openness to travel for customer interactions

• USA citizenship (preferable)

• Security Clearance (preferable)
