Customer Success Physicist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Create and execute automated calibration solutions for partners in quantum computing.

• Design and establish automated calibration frameworks for quantum computing systems.

• Collaborate with teams from strategic partners to enhance calibration workflows.

• Oversee the technical implementation and integration of quantum measurement solutions for clients.

• Offer technical advice on best practices for quantum control systems.

• Convert intricate customer requirements into practical technical solutions.

• Maintain technical relationships with accounts across Europe.

• Contribute to the development of customer education and training resources.

• Assist clients in executing quantum computing experiments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in quantum physics.

• Over 4 years of experience in experimental quantum physics and computing.

• Strong background in software development, particularly with Python.

• Proven history of developing scalable technical solutions.

• Exceptional technical communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel for customer interactions.

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience with superconducting qubits.
