Customer Success Pharmacist / Pharmacy Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process for new customer pharmacies, ensuring a confident and effective initiation with CurifyLabs technology.

• Provide practical guidance, training, and live demonstrations during the setup phase and initial production stages.

• Be the approachable human representative of an innovative technology.

• Contribute a pharmacist’s viewpoint in customer discussions and relay insights to our product and commercial teams.

• Represent CurifyLabs with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for the work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician located in the Eastern or Central U.S.

• Experience in compounding is advantageous.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — adept at teaching, active listening, and quickly establishing trust.

• Adaptable and comfortable with a project-based schedule.

• Open to traveling for customer engagements.
