This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
β’ Take charge of the execution of customer success and adoption-realization plans for designated Named Accounts.
β’ Convert account and course-adoption priorities into actionable steps, milestones, and success indicators.
β’ Organize and carry out onboarding, training, enablement, and other initiatives to support customer adoption and integration into courses, curricula, and programs.
β’ Collaborate with Autodesk technical resources, product specialists, and Learning Partners to facilitate adoption.
β’ Recognize adoption obstacles, drive solutions, and escalate issues that require broader account or strategic intervention.
β’ Track product usage, course adoption, and customer engagement to evaluate adoption health.
β’ Examine adoption trends and customer feedback to pinpoint risks, gaps, and opportunities.
β’ Present findings and recommendations to the account team.
β’ Document outcomes, proof points, and success narratives.
β’ Contribute insights during customer QBRs and account planning sessions.
β’ Cultivate trusted relationships with educators, faculty, curriculum leaders, and IT stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with the Senior Account Manager on customer priorities and adoption strategies.
β’ Communicate context, progress, and risks to the broader account team.
β’ Maintain documentation related to customer success and account information.
β’ Utilize feedback to continuously enhance product, technical, and customer success expertise.
β’ Independently take ownership of assigned adoption realization plans and ensure follow-through on commitments.
β’ Leverage data and judgment to gauge adoption health, suggest actions, and determine when to resolve or escalate issues.
β’ Concentrate on measurable customer outcomes and realized value.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success, technology adoption, implementation, enablement, or a similar customer-facing role.
β’ Proven experience in assisting customers with the implementation, adoption, and realization of value from technology solutions.
β’ Knowledge of Autodesk products, platforms, or learning ecosystems (e.g., Fusion, Forma) is preferred.
β’ Strong analytical abilities, including interpreting adoption data and customer feedback to recommend actions.
β’ Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Capability to independently manage multiple customer initiatives within a matrixed organization.
β’ Willingness to travel to customer institutions and Autodesk events, up to 30% of the time.
β’ Previous experience with higher education institutions, educators, or academic technology programs is preferred.
β’ Experience in developing adoption plans, success metrics, or enablement programs is preferred.
β’ Potential for annual cash bonuses.
