This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in New Business Sales, Onboarding, and Growth Sales Leadership to ensure effective alignment in pursuing revenue growth opportunities.
• Establish relationships and build trust with customers through attentive service and advocacy, driving the customer flywheel and enhancing referral opportunities.
• Retain and expand SaaS revenue by engaging in consultative discussions and recommending new products tailored to each customer's unique needs.
• Promote activation and adoption of the Toast product suite by utilizing internal tools and resources to analyze product usage, showcase value, and facilitate training sessions.
• Navigate all Toast POS modules confidently and possess a solid understanding of our partner ecosystem.
• Utilize Toast product knowledge to conduct customer demonstrations, troubleshoot basic POS functions, and ensure customers derive maximum value from Toast.
• Must reside in the San Antonio, TX area.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or a related field.
• Ability to operate independently and effectively manage competing priorities.
• High technical aptitude that enables quick learning and understanding of technical concepts and terminology.
• Demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing goals.
• Strong communication, organizational, and influencing abilities.
