This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the complete customer-specific solution and ensure its overall coherence.
• Comprehend how all components of the system interact with one another.
• Make and assume responsibility for design choices, including those that span multiple modules.
• Address and resolve conflicts related to solutions among teams, modules, or requirements.
• Provide clear recommendations and take accountability for the results.
• Maintain consistency across modules and proactively identify solution-related issues.
• Prevent conflicting configurations among modules.
• Convert business policies into system behaviors.
• Collaborate with customers to grasp their policies and requirements.
• Ensure that rules are applied accurately and consistently within the system.
• Identify and highlight risks where policy and system design are misaligned.
• Serve as the primary functional authority for intricate issues.
• Assist in senior-level customer discussions and decision-making processes.
• Simplify and clarify complex topics for better understanding.
• Ensure the quality of delivery and comprehensive testing coverage for real end-to-end scenarios.
• Aid in determining the readiness of solutions for deployment.
• Guide teams in focusing on the most critical issues.
• Lead and mentor team members in a consultancy role.
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in NEC Housing Solution, including configuration and module implementation.
• Prior experience in Housing environments such as Local Authority Housing, ALMOs, and Housing Associations using the NEC Housing Solution.
• Background in consultancy, including customer engagement and project methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in owning design decisions.
• Capability to problem-solve in challenging situations while managing multiple projects.
• Experience in leading and mentoring individuals in a consultancy capacity.
• Valid right to work and travel within the UK; documentary proof required.
• Completion of satisfactory vetting, references, and occupational health checks is mandatory.
• A DBS check may be necessary depending on the specific role.
